How do I register ?
Click on register on the top right hand side of the Homepage. Once on the registration page proceed to fill out the required information, fill out all details that have an * beside the field, as these requirements are needed to process your registration. The information that you submit is adhered to our Privacy Policy and no information will passed or sold on to any third party. Click I would like to receive store emails if you would like any updates on new products and promotions etc. Once the required information is complete click on the green button that says submit & continue.
What happens if I forget my password ?
Click on the Login area as you normally would then click on Forgot your password ? Then enter your email address that you used when you first registered, then click submit & you will receive a new password by email.
Once you sign in You can then change the new password if you wish from the account section labelled your account.
What are my payment options ?
We currently accept Paypal, which for most people this is one of the most reliable safe & convenient methods to use.
Sometimes people prefer not to use the internet as a source of payment, therefore we also accept UK Personal cheques & UK Postal Orders, Please contact us if you wish to use this method for payment details.
How do I Checkout ?
Once you have decided upon which purchases to make and have added them to your shopping basket, you can then view your shopping basket located in the top right hand corner, once you click on this link you will then have your products in front of you that you have purchased. This will then show price details of your particular item(s), at this stage you will not see any shipping costs until you click on the green continue button. Once this is done you will then see your shipping options available to you which will either be a Recorded Delivery or Standard Delivery. Please find more shipping information by clicking Here
